SynergyOwl is in early access and offered for personal and household use. By using it you agree to these terms. They are kept short on purpose.

What SynergyOwl is

SynergyOwl organises the statements and entries you give it so you can see your household's money in one place. It does not move money, connect to banks, give financial, tax or legal advice, or guarantee that its figures are complete or correct. Always check important numbers against your bank's own statements.

Early access

Features may change, appear or be removed while SynergyOwl is in early access, and there may be interruptions. It is free during this period. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
• Only upload statements and documents you are entitled to use.
• Do not try to reach other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

What you upload stays yours. You give SynergyOwl permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and your household. You can export it at any time. How it is handled is described in the privacy page and the security page.

Ending

You can stop using SynergyOwl at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. An account may be suspended if it is used to harm the service or other people.

Liability

SynergyOwl is provided as it is during early access. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for decisions you make based on its figures or for losses from interruptions or errors.
